Staying With Pleasure

A space to explore building and expanding our capacity for pleasure.

This 4-hour workshop is exclusively for S* Workers.

When we get in touch with pleasure, we often rush through it; seeking a peak, a release. We overfly the surface of sensation, rarely giving the body enough time to soften, deepen and discover what more nuanced and deeper might be there.

Pleasure is something we can learn to stay with.

****The body holds far more capacity for feeling, receiving, aliveness and delight than we often give it space to explore.

Staying With Pleasure is a beginner-friendly consent-forward embodied space for exploring and expanding our capacity for pleasure.

You will learn practical tools to follow sensation, stay with what feels good, and regulate your system so you can remain present with more intensity and aliveness. Through movement as inquiry, (self-)touch literacy, somatic pausing and (co-)regulation as well as sensory practices, we’ll explore practical ways to stay with pleasure.

Pleasure is a spectrum. It can be subtle, relational, sensual or simply nourishing. This is a space for experience rather than education: less thinking about the body, more feeling into it.
