what is the approach of embodied sexuality?
I am a certified SOMA Intimacy® practitioner in embodied sexuality through the SOMA Intimacy® Institute.
my work combines bodywork methods of Sexological Bodywork with the Gestalt therapy attitude of presence.
this includes (but is not limited to) somatic, process-oriented and trauma-sensitive methods to accompany others in their intimacy.
these co-creational spaces invite the transformative power of pleasure, presence and slowness. sexual and gender diversity (LGBTQIA+, kink- and Bdsm-friendly) are recognised and welcomed.
the work aspires to integrate sexuality into the totality of human experience.

I am offering complimentary 1:1 accompaniment sessions for individuals who generally want to become more embodied while exploring and experiencing their body, pleasure, erotism, sexuality or different layers of intimacy in a somatic (body-based) way.
the sessions take place in person.

what can you expect?
Each session typically lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We begin with a brief conversation to explore what brought you here and your intentions for the session.
Together, we decide on the most suitable practices to address your needs and questions in each session. we go slow and we go in the frame of set boundaries. We conclude with a period of integration and reflection, discussing any insights gained during the experience.
Each session is a unique experience tailored to your needs. Sometimes, it’s simply about creating space to feel, express, and explore your identity and experiences. Other times, you may receive valuable insights or information to guide your journey.
Most often, we engage in body-based (somatic) practices that illuminate questions and deepen understanding around sexuality.
