Our SOMA Embodied Sexuality Immersion Workshop is a weekend of exploration, connection, and embodiment. It offers a space to explore sexuality not simply as something you think or talk about, but as something you can feel, sense, and experience in your body.

Through somatic practices, conscious movement and breath, communication, embodied consent, relational exercises, and shared reflection, you’ll be invited to explore your relationship with pleasure, desire, boundaries, intimacy, and erotic expression.

Our approach is somatic, trauma-informed, consent-based, and liberatory—recognising your individual experience as well as the social and cultural forces that shape our sexuality. 
The workshop supports both personal exploration and professional development.
