In Relation With Shame

An embodied space and somatic workshop on shame, being seen & staying in connection.

In this 2-hour embodied space and somatic workshop, the invitation is to slow down and gently explore how shame lives in the body and shapes the way we relate to ourselves and others.

Rather than trying to "fix" or overcome shame, we'll practice giving it space. By gently meeting it with curiosity, compassion, and choice. At your individual pace and capacity.
