what is ‘in embodied relation’ about?
Intimacy is not something we simply have; it is something we continuously create.
with in embodied relation i invite you and your intimate partner(s) onto a guided journey and into an embodied space to slow down together and explore new ways of relating through the body.
Rather than focusing on techniques or performance, we cultivate awareness, communication, consent, curiosity and authentic and honest connection.
in these immersive sessions you'll be guided through somatic practices and rituals that support you to deepen your intimacy (optional: your sexuality), strengthen communication, explore boundaries and desires, and create space for more authenticity, pleasure and presence.
Whether you are romantic partners, friends, lovers, play partners or exploring another form of intimate relationship, this space offers practical tools that you can continue bringing into your everyday lives.

working ethics i adhere to
I strictly adhere to the ASIS Ethical Code of Practice, ensuring that all sessions are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism, safer spaces, and integrity.
This approach is always in service of your and your partner(s) stated intention, our mutually agreed-upon learning framework and boundaries, and the cultivation of your somatic awareness.
These guidelines create a clear, respectful structure, allowing you to explore your experiences in a safer, supported, and empowering environment.
my approach
My work combines somatic practice, trauma-aware facilitation and relational inquiry.
Drawing from SOMA Intimacy®, Authentic Relating, the Wheel of Consent, nervous system education, mindfulness and embodied movement, I create a space where partners can slow down, explore with curiosity and discover new ways of relating.
This is not about becoming the "perfect" partner or learning techniques to perform intimacy better.
It is an invitation to become more attuned to ourselves and our partner(s) and to what is authentically there. Moment by moment.
This space is (as all my spaces) queer-, kink-, neurodivergent-, beginner-friendly.
as the facilitating person I will act as the space holder and mediator. i will not engage in any of the practices. but there might be the need for me to demo certain practices with one of you. that might include touch.
your and your partner(s) potential benefits¹
Deepen connection and intimacy by creating more attunement and trust with your partner(s).
Communicate needs and desires more authentically through embodied practices of listening, expression, and curiosity.
Strengthen consent and boundaries by developing a deeper awareness of your own embodied yes, no, and maybe.
Explore touch, sensuality, and pleasure in a way that moves beyond autopilot and performance, and invites more curiosity and connection.
Cultivate a more conscious relationship practice by learning tools to navigate emotions, rupture and repair, differences, vulnerability, and moments of disconnection.
¹ it is important to note that individual experiences may vary, and these benefits are generalisations based on own experience, research and anecdotal evidence.
